IAA have asked us to share this. It's very important to check the expertise of an adviser before you trust them to give you immigration advice. Settled has in many cases 'picked up the pieces' when someone was previously given bad advice. We know that a bad adviser can make a situation worse not better, and may charge you high fees. Take care!

The IAA has launched its first national awareness campaign to help protect people from fraudulent, unregulated immigration advisers.

The message is simple: before you trust them, check them.
