Memorial Ploughing Match The first Memorial Ploughing Match was held in 2009. The event was organised to remember four ploughmen who sadly all passed away in 2008.

The first Memorial Ploughing Match was held at Mottistone Manor Farm by kind permission of Todd and Jackie Carder on Sunday 5th April 2009. The four members were Stephen Hayles, John Attrill, Derek Young and Den Phillips.
