Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is highlighting how community‑based activities can make a real difference to women experiencing menopause.

Meet The NaNaz, a Newport based punk music group formed through local creative workshops, who shared how music helped them manage symptoms such as brain fog, anxiety and loss of confidence.

Their experience shows the huge value of:
✔️ Safe spaces to talk openly about menopause
✔️ Creative activities that boost confidence and wellbeing
✔️ Social connection with other women at the same life stage

Menopause is a significant transition, and no one should face it alone.

We’ll continue sharing local stories and resources to help raise awareness, reduce stigma and support women across our communities. 💛
