The bureau is located in premises that aim to provide a welcoming and friendly environment for all our clients. We operate a drop-in service, telephone service and an appointment system for complex queries at our central office. We also provide a weekly specialist drop in on Thursdays for employment issues. We are funded by Welsh government, Newport City Council and Responsible Gambling.
