At St Vincents's Shops - South Wales, our volunteers do help our local communities thrive. By giving their time to support our shops and their work via the local conferences, with their delivery of practical support and assistance out and about, where the SVP is needed.

This is a special week of appreciation, an opportunity to show our thanks to all the wonderful volunteers we have at St Vincent de Paul Society (England & Wales) who are dedicated to the work of the SVP.

Whether they join our teams within our shops and centres, or by delivering kindness, support, or assistance within our communities.

Working alongside us every day to deliver practical support to those in need. Our volunteers do amazing work, and we could not provide for our communities without their hard work and effort.

Our teams really got involved last week with with the Mental Health Foundation. At St Vincent's Shops England & Wales, people matter, and are at the heart of who we are and what we do as a charity.

St Vincent's Shop Commercial Street, Newport, has created its own window for Mental Health Awareness Week, where we join the Mental Health Foundation and show our support all next week from Monday, 11th May until 17th May. Don't forget we will be joining in with "Wear It Green" on Thursday, 14th May too.
