unity members from all backgrounds across Sussex to raise their levels of achievement and aspiration, gain relevant work related skills and develop an understanding of the world of work. Our range of programmes involve wellness theories and motivation and look to work with those people whose path to employment may take many twists and turns. We are fully inclusive and work with all regardless of barriers through our extensive referral system. Our programmes involve the participation of a range of Sussex businesses, employers who play a key role in inspiring, supporting and opening doors for those people engaged in our programmes. We strive to embrace radical thinking and innovation and are mindful of the changes to the workforce after the recent few years.
