This Friday, 16th October, from 10 till 12pm, at Sheppard House, Sam will be back running a Mosaics Workshop. This time Sam will be showing us how to build up a picture with the tiles, rather than the more abstract approach.
All materials and tools will be provided by Sam, who will take you through the process step-by-step. However, if you have something from home you'd also like to use, please feel free to bring it along.
It is a great, beginner-friendly way to spend a few hours relaxing while creating a unique, handmade item to take home.
Support will be given as Sam works alongside you.
The session costs £5 per person, which includes refreshments.
Booking essential, as places are limited.
Contact Keren on 01531 821227 or [email protected] or through Facebook messenger
Unfortunately, the afternoon art session with Mark has had to be cancelled, due to transport issues. I am currently trying to find someone else to fill the afternoon slot.

Last Friday, 9th October, at Sheppard House, Esther was here all day, running 2 separate workshops.
During the morning workshop, from 10 till 12pm, we painted the clay gonks, which we made way back on 14th August!
Then, in the afternoon workshop, she showed us how to make cute mini bead plant pots.
See the fantastic results below.
Esther will be back on Friday 11th December, with decorated Christmas Cakes and Felt Chains.
Each session costs just £5 per person. Please book to secure your place, as this is a very popular session, and it fills up quickly xx

Last Friday, 2nd October, at Sheppard House, Sam was here all day, running 2 separate workshops.
During the morning workshop, from 10 till 12pm, she showed us how to make a small willow star. Everyone had a great time and everyone got to take their beautiful star home with them at the end of the session. See the amazing results below.
Then, in the afternoon workshop, which ran from 1 till 3pm, she ran a follow up session from the week before, where we got to grout the stained glass pieces we'd made. Again, a really fun workshop, and some beautiful stained glass to take home.
Sam will be back on Friday 16th October, with a mosaic workshop.
(Also if you made a small basket on 11th September and you wish to add a handle, bring it along with you!)
Each session costs just £5 per person. Please book to secure your place, as this is a very popular session, which is always great fun xx
