Our George's big moment - cutting the ribbon to officially open the new mural at Ow Bist Forest Voluntary Action Forum - FVAF Cinderford last night helped by Claire. He is featured in the mural paintings, from a photo taken at last year's Volunteer Week, when all Sharing Kitchen volunteers received named wooden spoons.

Well done George and Claire we are very proud of you 💙

What an amazing team we have at the Sharing Kitchen! Everyone works really well together and turns their hand to any task, to deliver so many delicious dishes every week. It was particularly noticeable this week how everyone pulled together when other's couldn't make it. A heart felt thanks to you all.

Andy Offord popped in today to present us with a cheque for the money he raised having all his hair cut off on his birthday! A huge thank you to Andy and his family and friends for so generously supporting the Sharing Kitchen.

Thank you to the whole team for all their hard work setting up, cooking, serving and clearing.

We enjoyed having Emily from Gloucestershire County Council Adult Social Care, Louise from GRCC's DAISI Project and Pete Timmims PCSO with us supporting participants today too. Thank you all!
