Today the ladies requested abs and legs - so we ran a mini circuit in the living room with some jogging outside, it was fab! The ladies loved it, and did so well ❤️💪🏻

✨ I’m so excited to share that from next week, I’ll be attending Scott House at the Freeman Hospital one day a week to deliver exercise classes for parents of children on the heart ward. ❤️

Scott House provides accommodation for parents whose children are receiving crucial treatment — sometimes short-term, sometimes for months or even years. Many families spend long periods there while their little ones fight through incredibly tough times.

My aim is to give these parents a little time for themselves — to move, breathe, and reconnect with their bodies. Exercise is not just about fitness; it’s about improving mood, building strength, and supporting mental wellbeing during what can be an overwhelming journey.

We stayed at Scott House for 5 days while Travis was in hospital, so returning now in this new role feels deeply personal. It’s an honour to be trusted to deliver this project and to give back to a place that once supported my own family.

I’m so proud to be working alongside CHUF and the Congenital Heart Disease Network, who continue to do incredible work for these children and their families every single day. 💙
