We have received the following from a very grateful parent whose son has received two teddies from children’s allergy department at Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle upon Tyne. We are so pleased to have been able to help and thank our local volunteers for all their hard work raising the money to make this possible.

"Just wanted to reach out to thank you for the charity and donation of teddies.

My 8 year old son Joshua has severe allergies & is anaphylactic to multiple foods. He has gained two teddies for his bravery in hospital and they do not leave his side. He has them with him for comfort and even takes them to Florida on holiday. He sleeps with them every night and you rarely see him without making sure they are somewhere close by. They have helped Joshua get through some difficult times and as a mum I am so grateful. He has red & yellow ones ( Mack & shady)
