Hi all we are aware of malicious and nasty posts that have been circulating on social media yesterday and have had to get the police involved. They have checked everything we do and everything is legal and above board and no laws were broken or criminal activity has taken place. We hope that those who know us through help received or in general will continue to support what we do and we can put this behind us.

hi all can i just put it out there is help is sorted and collections are arranged and not kept please just reach out if collection is failed twice and another family is in need of the same items these will be passed on. We cant keep arranging deliveries to then have people not turn up as this takes a lot of time out of our day thanks Zoe Nikki & Nicki

What we do as a charity:
as a charity we provide help to families in financial difficulty and poverty. We do this by providing relief to families at Easter, birthdays, Christmas, we also provide essentials to families when they need them throughout the year. We provide the children within the families with present bags for their birthdays and christmas containing clothes, toys, teddies and books, for the older children we swap toys for make-up, smellies and age appropriate items. We discuss with the families to specify the present bags to each childs likes. We also provide families with food and hygiene bags at christmas as well, the bags containing essential items for the family to last them over the christmas period.

what we have done so far:
Christmas 2025 - we provided 177 children with present bags and 80 families with food and hygiene bags.
Easter 2026 - we provided 50 children with easter eggs and craft items.
Provided 20 families with clothes in different sizes.
Helped a couple who have just found out they are pregnant to get the essential items they need
Provided 15 children so far with birthday bags
