I fell in love with Zumba about 5 years ago and I’ve never looked back… come and try a class and see what all the hype is about!

Zumba is suitable for all abilities- you can make it as intense (🥵) and as fun (💃🏽) as you want!!

I have two classes on every week:
Tuesday 9:30am at Westerhope Community Association (the Tute)

Thursday 6pm @ The Church of the Holy Nativity, Chapel House

We are still feeling so grateful after our February sound bath. Thank you to every single one of you who came along, rested with us, and helped create such a beautiful, calm space.

Each month this feels less like an event and more like a growing community of like minded souls, choosing to slow down together.

We’re so excited to be back at Westerhope Community Association (The Tute) on 6th March for another evening of deep rest and reset. This is one of our most popular sessions and it always sells out, so booking is essential.
