Free Yoga Fridays is back at George Street Social.

Erica will be back tomorrow between 11am and 12pm to deliver a free yoga session.

No booking necessary but please be aware that spaces are limited.

Unfortunately we will be unable to open our kitchen on Monday 3rd November. We will be unable to serve any hot food.

The Coffee Shop will still be open to serve our delicious selection of cakes and hot and cold beverages.

This week and beyond at George Street Social (Take 2)

Reposting from yesterday as I got the date wrong on one of our upcoming events.

On Wednesday 22nd we have OceanZen CIC coming along to deliver our weekly Soundwaves session.

On Thursday 23rd We have our weekly community led craft event 'Recovery Rocks'

On Friday 24th We have Chris coming along to host our weekly pop-up Library.

Please note that we will not have our Yoga session this Friday 24th. Erica will return on Friday 31st and we have added an extra 2 weeks onto the end of this programme.

Saturday 25th we are back on the Road up at Jobes Gym for our Boxercise session (please not there has been a time change and this will now begin at 11.00am).

Tuesday 28th October see's the return of our Community Lunch with a little Halloween Twist.

Looking a little further into the future we have our second Yoga Taster with Nicci from Peace & Prana on Tuesday 4th November.

Our First Aid Training on the 5th November is now FULLY BOOKED, but we will be delivering a second course in the new year. Please register your interest with Paul. This one filled up very quickly.

On Sunday 23rd November we have Jasmine from Curate Compassion coming along to deliver a special 'Mindfully Moving Into Winter' Sharing circle 2.00pm - 4.30pm.

All of these events are free to attend!

Coming up this week at George Street Social with Road To Recovery Trust

Special Halloween Crafting event this Friday as well as all of our regular events and activities. Come along and get involved in any or all the activities we have available.

These are all free to attend and all equipment will be provided.

This afternoon we have Recovery Rocks taking place in our downstairs Snug area. Come along and join in with some Craft and Chat.

On Friday we have a special reading for wellbeing event with Chris from our pop-up Library. .

Then at 11.00am we have Yoga with Erica in our upstairs Studio Room.

Saturday we're on the road again over at Jobes Gym for another Boxercise session.
