A1 Speakers Newcastle A1 Speakers Newcastle is a Public Speaking Club that is part of Agora Speakers International.

Our Club meets on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month in Newcastle. New members are welcome and we encourage your journey in speaking in public! A1 Speakers Club - a place to practise and improve your public speaking, in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Big thank you to Will for stepping into the Evaluation role 👏

He gave thoughtful, reflective feedback, especially around pace and delivery. One great point he highlighted was how speakers often hold onto their script, even though they hardly need to look at it, sometimes not at all. You wouldn’t even realise it unless someone pointed it out! :) Also ~ Great effort taking on the role!

Our tech wizard, MO Adil Imran gave us a great demo of what being a Timer entails.
The Timer is the heartbeat of every meeting, keeping us on track, ensuring speeches and evaluations stay within their allotted time.
