📣 Feedback Friday! 📣

We love hearing feedback like this! 💛

“The diagnostic report was detailed and thorough and has been a useful guide for school. The staff were warm and friendly. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the assessment process which she found to be fun.”

We’re proud that our assessments are not only thorough and informative, but also warm, friendly and enjoyable for the children we meet. It’s so important to us that every family feels supported, and that we can help the process feel as comfortable as possible from start to finish. 🌟

🌿 True Spaces – Connection for Late-Discovered/Diagnosed Women

We’re so pleased to share True Spaces, a gentle online support group for late-discovered (18+) Autistic and ADHD women. 💛

These sessions are calm, welcoming spaces where you can slow down, breathe, and simply be yourself. They’re not about fixing or achieving anything, but about connection, shared stories, and finding comfort in real conversation chatting to others with similar experiences.

✨ When: Last Tuesday of every month
🕰 Time: 6.30 – 8.00pm (on Zoom)
💬 Facilitated by: Wendy, a late-discovered AuDHDer who is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for others on their own rediscovery journeys.

As Wendy beautifully says:

“True self rising is the phrase that sits right at this point in my journey because the re-discovery process is an on-going one. It’s filled with hope, relief and possibility alongside grief and sadness."

To find out more, visit: https://www.true-spaces.co.uk/our-spaces/true

The next session is: Tuesday 28th October, 6:30pm on Zoom

A calm, foggy walk through autumn colours 🍁

One of our clinicians captured these lovely videos on their walk. It's a gentle reminder to slow down and notice the beauty around us, whilst taking time to recharge. ☁️🔋

📣 Feedback Friday! 📣

This week we’re sharing some thoughtful words from an adult who recently completed an assessment with our team:

“From the very first contact, the staff were warm, respectful, and accommodating. The intake process was clear and thoughtfully designed, allowing me to share relevant background information in a way that felt supportive. I won't deny it was a challenging assessment to go through, it was never going to be easy however the professionalism and compassion shown by the staff allowed me to feel contained and understood without judgement.” 💙

We know that assessments can often feel daunting. Our team strives to approach every assessment with genuine compassion, helping each person feel at ease, understood, and supported throughout the process. 🌿

📣 Feedback Friday! 📣

This week we’re sharing some kind words from a family who recently came to us for an autism assessment for their son:

“Along with a meticulous Autism Assessment, we received understanding, compassion and non-judgmental advice for our son and our own well being. Our son’s assessment gave him insight, understanding and validation to many areas in his life - past and present. He slowly gained a little confidence and liked himself a little more. The assessment and advice for us was absolutely invaluable and based on years of experience.” 💙

We’re so grateful for this feedback and proud to support families on their journey with understanding, compassion, and validation. 🌟
