Fantastic result from UNISON members in UNISON Northern working at NHS Property Services, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Department for Health.

Organising not just to save jobs, but to save and improve a service they care deeply about.

Gemma identifies three key lessons for organisers:
- Collective strength is built through participation, solidarity and action
- Don’t just say ‘no’, put forward a credible alternative
- Consultation without transparency is not meaningful consultation and must be challenged.
