Yesterday at our holiday club, the children got creative in the kitchen making their very own sausage rolls and delicious veggie sausage rolls! 😋

They had lots of fun preparing, rolling and creating their tasty treats and of course, enjoying the yummy results!

🌍✈️ World Travellers Week – Day 3 🦁

Yesterday at holiday club , we took a trip to Africa, where we explored the vibrant colours, patterns and traditions of African art.

The children had lots of fun creating their very own tribal-inspired artwork using bold colours and imaginative patterns to bring their pictures to life. 🌈🖌️

🌍 World Travellers Week- Day 2 🌍

Yesterday at Holiday Club, the children enjoyed a fun Chinese food tasting experience! They had the opportunity to try a variety of Chinese inspired foods, including noodles, vegetable spring rolls and delicious dips. 🥢🍜🥡

It was lovely to see everyone being adventurous, trying new flavours and sharing their thoughts 🙂

Here we stamped our passports and set off on our first adventure to Italy! 🇮🇹🍕

The children had a fantastic time learning about Italy before getting hands-on and creating their very own delicious pizzas. From spreading the sauce to choosing their toppings, everyone enjoyed becoming a chef for the day! 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

Ladybird Holiday Club is excited to be delivering FREE Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) sessions as part of Newcastle’s Best Holiday Ever 2026!

If your child is aged 5–10 years and is eligible for the HAF programme, they can enjoy action-packed holiday sessions filled with fun, creativity and adventure—all at no cost.

🌟 Every session includes:
🎨 Creative arts and crafts
⚽ Sports, games and outdoor play
🤸 Team challenges and exciting activities
🍽️ A free healthy lunch every day (hot meals available at our Scotswood venue)
