Chopwell Regeneration Group is looking for an ambitious, values driven and highly capable Senior Programmes Manager to help lead the next stage of our growth.

This is a key leadership role working closely with our Senior Finance & Commercial Manager and reporting to our Board of Trustees. The post-holder will shape strategy, oversee planning and delivery across all programmes, and work with staff, volunteers and partners to make sure our activities are achievable, well resourced, financially sustainable and genuinely impactful for the village.
