‼️FOR PARENTS‼️

Training is a vital part of doing an M10 Mission trip because your child will want to be as prepared and equipped as possible before going out to Ensenada. Whilst not everyone in the group is familiar with each other, we can still achieve effective results. This requires training.

Our training equips your child with the right mindset, the full toolset and a useful skillset.

Your child will be encouraged to try different approaches, to plan, strategise, problem solve and be organised and ask for support when they need it most

1. Health and Safety - Health & Safety of your child is of paramount importance and so our leaders are trained and DBS approved. The training sessions give opportunity for your child to get to know the leaders and build trust🔨

2. Teamwork - Nothing is going to breed success more than working with others. Not only is it vital for our mission trip but it’s vital for life. Whether at work or in university teamwork is vital!🤝

3. Cultural Awareness - Ensenada is based in Mexico and the reason we go to this destination is so that we can help and provide for poorer communities than our own. Because of this we recognise that there can be a culture shock in terms of the difference from Ensenada to the UK so we like to prepare your child for what they may see, hear or encounter when joining us in Mexico🗣️
