What's on this week?
We have our quayside walk on Tuesday, meet us at Millennium Bridge (Newcastle side) at 1pm.
Our Tuesday social is at Bensham Grove Community Centre, from 4-6pm.
Our monthly carers session is running alongside our social group at Bensham Grove, from 4-6pm.
Walking football is on Wednesday at NUCASTLE, from 1-2pm.
Finally, dancing is on Friday from 2-3pm🪩
