We’ll be celebrating the United for Sanctuary Festival on Saturday the 20th June at Sporting Wallsend with support from Walking With and Newcastle City Council. It’s a celebration of connection through the universal language of sport and football with all sections of society coming together to play matches to win their very own World Cup.

We host this event annually and it’s been a great success through the years with team of men and women enjoying sport in a great environment which supports people from all walks of life.

Good luck to all the players and team taking part. Can’t wait to see who takes the cup home 🌎🏆⚽️

Has the World Cup inspired you? Then if your over 50yrs why not come along and join in with our Walking Football session at 10.30am.

For the younger ones we have SAQ Speed, Agility and Quickness sessions at 5.45pm on the Astro to build on your football training skills - just give us a call to book on. 0191 263 9490

And for those who love to dance we have Line Dancing with Laura tonight at 6.15pm in our community hub! We would love to see you there!

Wallsend Boys Club’s very own will be representing England tonight at the , football’s biggest stage.

We’re incredibly proud of everything he’s achieved so far in his career and as he sets foot in the Dallas Stadium in Texas, as part of the England team, he’ll be even more of an inspiration to the hundreds of young people that play football at our pitches every week.

They all start somewhere, and we are so honoured to have been there for the beginning of Elliot’s journey.

💛🤠LINE DANCING THIS THURSDAY!🤠💛

It’s back tomorrow night! Grab your hats and get on down! Come and join Laura for our popular Line Dancing class this Thursday at 6.15pm.

Great for advanced dancers and beginners, learn all the moves to great dance songs. Just come along!

⚽🏏OUR SUMMER HOLIDAY CAMPS ARE BACK🏏⚽

Our very popular Summer Holiday Activity camps are back this July and August. There are plenty of fun activities on offer for children aged 5yrs to 11yrs old.

VENUE: Wallsend Boys Club and Community Hub, Kirkley Park, Wallsend, NE28 8SX

Time: 10am to 3pm daily (Monday to Thursday)

Dates:

WEEK 1 - Monday 20th July to Thursday 23rd July 2026
WEEK 2 - Monday 27th July to Thursday 30th July 2026
WEEK 3 - Monday 3rd August to Thursday 6th August 2026
WEEK 4 - Monday 10th August to Thursday 13th August 2026

5PM to 6PM (7yrs to 12yrs)

Is your child interested in dance? Then why not come along on a Monday night and join in with our brand new Cheerleading class with Katie.

Katie is a qualified dance coach and also teaches on our holiday camp programme. Monday nights in our studio.
