We are looking for a kind, reliable and compassionate Care Worker to support a brother and sister within their care package, providing care and support in their own home.

The position offers approximately 18 hours per week and follows a two-week rolling rota:

Week 1

• Monday: 3:15pm–9:15pm
• Thursday: 3:15pm–9:15pm
• Saturday: 3:00pm–9:15pm

Week 2

• Monday: 3:15pm–9:15pm
• Wednesday: 3:15pm–9:15pm
• Sunday: 8:00am–2:00pm

The ideal candidate will be caring, patient and dependable, with a genuine passion for supporting others. Previous care experience is preferred, although full training will be provided.
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Rate of pay: £13.40–£13.70 per hour

Emma is a valued member of our team at Addison Court Assisted Living/Extra Care Scheme and has been recognised for her kindness, dedication, and willingness to always go above and beyond for both our service users and her colleagues.

Emma consistently receives fantastic feedback for her caring nature, reliability, and the support she offers to everyone around her. One recent example of her outstanding work was the compassionate support she provided to a service user who had been struggling with hoarding. Emma worked alongside them to safely declutter their flat, helping to create a cleaner, safer, and more comfortable place to call home.

Her patience, empathy, and commitment truly make a difference every single day.
