Tickets for the Ladies of Harley Glitter Ball 2027 are now on sale!!

Please note, this is an event for HOG UK&I Chapter members only.

In association with Manchester Harley-Davidson, the Mancunium Chapter will be hosting this incredible event in support of our nominated charity, Greater Manchester Blood Bikes.

🗓️ Date: Saturday 13th March 2027
📍 Venue: De Vere Cranage Estate (CW4 8EW)
⏰ Time: 18:30 til late
👗 Dress code: Glitter/ glam (e.g. black tie for gentlemen)
💰 Price: £65 per ticket

Join us for a fun-filled evening that includes a 3-course meal, live music followed by a DJ, a raffle and prize draw.

We have agreed special rates with the hotel for rooms for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Please phone the hotel directly, going through in-house reservations, to book and quote the word “Harley” to obtain the special rates.

Tickets are sure to sell out fast so get them sorted to avoid disappointment. Each ticket includes a £5 donation to the Greater Manchester Blood Bikes.

When booking your tickets, please select the HOG Chapter you are a member of. You can buy up to 10 tickets in one transaction which makes up one table.

RALLY TICKET UPDATE

If you are unsure if you have bought a ticket. You should have received an email from trybooking, if you are unsure please get in touch with Maggie and she can double check trybooking and forward the tickets

The people on the reserve list have been contacted and they have filled the remaining spaces available to non GC members , this year all on site accommodation has been filled so we are unable to accommodate people turning up to the event without tickets

PLEASE DO NOT TURN UP TO THE GATE AS YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY

The Toys that were collected by friends and family members of the Chapter were delivered on Friday by our Charity officers Paul Pouton , Thank you to all who donated and to all the Santa’s that endured the miserable weather on this years Santa run through Newcastle..
This year we donated presents and survival packs to Wearside women in need who help families who suffer domestic abuse and also to Safe Families in Kingston Park who we spoke with on Friday morning who were helping a mother and three young children who were looking at having a bleak Christmas with no presents, well on Thursday morning they will have plenty to open now , well done everyone involved 🎅

Thank you for all the support shown by the UK and European HOG chapters , after only three weeks it’s now sold out , there will be a wait list added incase of any unexpected circumstances , please remember tickets are only valid to named ticket holders and any changes need to be made through rally coordinator,,, can’t wait to see you all in Sunny Morpeth , Rally poster of events coming soon 😁

Last few remaining tickets … there will be no gate entries as numbers are strictly limited by the Rugby club , once they sell out that’s it 🤷🏻‍♂️

After 6 days of national release only 50 tickets remaining for the Heart n Soul rally for 2026 , thank you to all who have shown support and purchased tickets .. it’s going to be a riot 😂
