Outdoor stay and play sessions for families with children under 5!!

We know some of you have been waiting for more activities with little ones and we are so pleased to be able to have RISE. come and join us to run these amazing sessions in our forest school area. Join other parents and children for a cuppa, a chat and lovely nature activities!

CALLING ALL GREEN FINGERS! 🌿

Family Mental Fitness North East CIC is inviting young people aged 5–18 to show us the North East through their eyes for Through Their Lens — the third book in the Professor Pace Presents… series.

It could be a landmark, a street, a favourite place, or something beautiful, ordinary, funny or easily overlooked. Make sure to get your photo to us by the end of October!

📱 No specialist camera needed — a phone or tablet is absolutely fine.
📖 Selected photographs will be published in a full-colour book.
🏆 £50 voucher for the overall winning photographer.
💛 Completely free to enter, with no obligation to buy the finished book.

Photographs shouldn’t contain identifiable faces, and children’s surnames won’t be published.

SENIORS SESSION A BIG HIT!

We had a blast at the Seniors Youth Club relaunch and the young people really got involved with the brilliant activities run by Nourish Food School, Northern Pulse, Connor and our youth team!

Aged 12+ and want to get involved....Come along on any Monday or Wednesday at 5.45 and join us!!!

MADE IN BYKER! 🧡

Following the amazing ceramics project that young people took part in at The Lighthouse Project with funding from Newcastle City Council, we had a VERY special visit and tour of the Civic Centre in Newcastle! The young people had a brilliant time looking around with Ali and were blown away by the space!!

Why did we visit? Well, very excitingly, the pieces the young people created have been given a beautiful area within the Civic Centre to exhibit their work! Anyone can pop in to see this and we would encourage anyone who is passing to pop in! It will be there for 2 weeks!
