☀️ Celebrate the Summer Solstice: 108 Sun Salutations for Charity! ☀️

Ignite your inner fire and welcome the summer season with our traditional 108 Sun Salutations practice!

This is more than just a physical challenge—it is a powerful, meditative journey to shift energy, build community, and support a cause close to our hearts

All funds raised from this event go directly to supporting the Fairways Centre (Registered Charity), helping them continue their incredible work in our community

* 📅 When: Saturday 20th June 2026

* ⏰ Time: 10:00 AM

* 📍 Where: The Fairways Centre

* 🥂 After-Practice: Stay for food, drinks, and a social get-together to celebrate the solstice together!

How to join:

Participation is by donation. Please give what you can to support the centre. Move at your own pace, take breaks whenever you need, you don’t need to do all 108 (just do as many as you can) and breathe with the community

Spaces are limited! Secure your mat by speaking to Dan in perspective or message. If you would like to donate without participating please contact Dan to arrange

Pop-Up Plant Sale tomorrow! We're opning up on Tuesday 19 May at 10am until 12 noon to sell yet more lovely plants. We still have plenty of cosmos, poppies, erigeron, dianthus, foxgloves and more. So, if you missed out plant sale 2 weeks ago or you just want more plants (who doesn't?) then please pop in and say hello! 🌱🌷🪴🌸🌻

🌱 Big Plant Sale – This Saturday! 🌱

Looking for a bargain to brighten up your garden? Join us on Saturday, 9th May from 12:30pm – 2:30pm for a huge selection of beautiful plants!

We are a small charity community centre, and every purchase goes directly toward keeping our doors open. We strive to keep our prices way below local garden centres—so you get a steal while supporting a great cause.

Massive thank you from myself and on behalf of the Fairways Team to everyone who attended yesterday’s fundraiser - your contributions were overwhelming, and are so very much appreciated. We managed to raise approximately £800! It goes a long way to supporting not just the yoga community but the community as a whole, including everyone who uses the space and relies on it as a healing sanctuary and a home away from home. Many thanks to those of you who contributed but were unable to attend. Special shout-out to Mother Fairways a.k.a. for keeping the place running and showering it with love and light, to for relentless support, charm & assistance and to our enthusiastic newcomers over the last 12 months. Finally, I would like to wish a lovely Christmas, peace and happiness to every each and every House of Ashtangi for your dedication, love and friendship throughout 2025 ☺️🥰🙏

Join us on Sunday December 21st at 4pm for a fundraising yoga session! Before we close up before Christmas lets send love and thanks to the building that makes it all possible - Fairways Centre 🏡

I would like to donate all the money raised, so the more you contribute, the more Fairways gets! Not only that - but we will be starting at 4pm for a one hour pre-class workshop PLUS a very special secret guest! The theme this year will be based around opening up the upper body and especially the shoulder girdle

You do not have to attend the 4pm session, - feel free to come along to the 5pm class as normal, or vice versa, or both! 😉

If you would like to come to either of the sessions please let me know one way or another, so I can keep a track on capacity. For those of you who have a block booking please note that you won’t lose a class. This is a purely charitable event, and as Christmas is a time for giving this is a great opportunity to give to a charity* that means something to you personally 🎄
