What a day! ☀️

Our Make It and Break It Community Interest Company Summer Picnic on the Park was a huge success and we’re still buzzing!

Huge thank you to everyone who came out, brought food, volunteered, and brought the energy. The park was full of life:

Highlights included:
🎵 Music + Dance
💃 Zumba session on the park
🎲 Games: Ludo, Snakes & Ladders, Tug of War, Sack Race
🎨 Kids colouring competition
📸 Photo time + lots of memories made
🍲 Food sharing from our amazing community
And so much more!

It’s days like this that show the power of community. Thank you to every family, volunteer, and partner who made this possible and made it such a success.

✨Exciting and Amazing News✨

We’re proud to share that The Make It And Break It Community Interest Company have secured a grant of just over £3000 from Fund to help with the continuous delivery of one of our popular wellbeing projects for Vulnerable individuals living within Newcastle and its surroundings.

Through this project, vulnerable individuals who have experienced domestic violence and abuse, discrimination, racism, homophobia, feel isolated and are struggling with mental health issues would be able to improve their physical and psychological wellbeing, eliminate isolation, build up their confidence and build skills through volunteering opportunities.
