It was wonderful to meet so many members of the local community, chat about Megan’s Rose of Hope, and raise awareness of the support we provide to young people living with cancer and their families🌹

July is Sarcoma & Bone Cancer Awareness Month🎗️

Did you know that Ewing sarcoma is a rare bone and soft tissue cancer that most commonly affects children, teenagers and young adults?

For many families, a cancer diagnosis changes life in an instant. That’s why raising awareness matters. The more people who recognise the signs, understand the importance of early diagnosis and know how to support those affected, the greater difference we can make.

At Megan’s Rose of Hope, we’re committed to raising awareness of Ewing sarcoma, supporting children, young people and families affected by cancer and ensuring Megan’s legacy continues to bring hope to others.

🎗️TODAY’S THE DAY!🎗️

The wait is finally over – today we come together for our Megan’s Rose of Hope Charity Walk.

Whether you’re walking in memory of a loved one, in support of someone currently facing cancer, or simply to help raise awareness of Ewing Sarcoma, thank you. Every single person taking part is helping us make a difference!💛

We’ll be enjoying a scenic walk along Dunston Staiths and the beautiful River Tyne, before heading to The Lock & Quay afterwards for a well-earned drink and a chance to have a catch-up. We’d love to see as many of you there as possible!
