Tyneside Youth Collective Our collective aims to empower young people to fight the power of corporations and the 1%, in solidarity with social movements around the world.

Tyneside Youth Collective is the Newcastle/Gateshead branch of the wider Global Justice Now national youth network. We aim to communicate the goals of Global Justice Now, such as combating cooperate power, fighting the inequality of the 1% and raising awareness of the causes of migration, such as war, climate change and political instability. We believe that the capitalist and neoliberal economics

that is enforced upon societies around the world is NOT a necessity or an inevitability. We believe in the alternative, where human life can live in harmony with the natural world to create a more equal, just and fair society for all.

Sister groups are popping up all over Scotland!

If you're in Scotland and interested in joining the wider Global Justice Now youth network which we are a part of, click on the Linktree below and come to any number of youth network events and protests in Scotland:

The Global Justice Now youth network is for people under 30 who want to learn how to organise and become politically active on topics from migrant justice to climate justice and anti-racism (currently ten cities strong).

These groups are all guided and helped out by the Global Justice Now youth activism team.
