🔴 Andy Burnham has warned that the NHS will 'collapse' unless the social care system is finally fixed. The new Prime Minister has unfinished business when it comes to social care reform.

While serving as health secretary under Gordon Brown, he proposed a national care service back in 2010. But after Labour's defeat in the general election that year, his plans were shelved.
