Amazing time with the girls today @ our Boosting women’s confidence session. What an incredible session!! Very informative discussions about the challenges that diminish our confidence and how to challenge these as Black Asian Minority Ethnic (BAME) groups.

Okafor Cynthia our main speaker of today’s session, what an incredible and confident woman 👏🏿 👏🏿👏🏿Together we will learn from each other, build a legacy, and this will help us build confidence to speak up and challenge structural injustices by pushing away boundaries, promoting fairness and equality.

Join us for a meet, connect, safe space, kids corner and wrap up with a yoga 🧘‍♀️ workshop @ 16 Whittington Grove, NE5 2QP @ 12:30-13:30 every Saturday and 12:30-16:30 every last Saturday of the month where everyone will have an opportunity to get a mini bag of food supplies donated by My Versatile Healthcare 👏🏿
