1️⃣Keep a tiny routine
Babies thrive on predictable rhythms, not strict schedules. A loose pattern for naps, feeds, and play helps everyone feel calmer and reduces those “what now?” moments.

2️⃣Prep one thing the night before
Not a full military operation… just one small win. Lay out clothes, pack the nappy bag, or prep snacks. The future you will be grateful.

3️⃣Choose one daily ‘anchor’ activity
A walk, a rhyme time, a sensory play moment. One simple thing that gives your day shape and helps your baby feel secure ,everything else is optional.

🦀Thank you to all the families who joined us for this week’s Tumble Summer Event. Your smiles, your energy, and your brilliant little ones make these sessions feel special.

🦀We had an incredible time with Rockpool School, Nicola and her magical under‑the‑sea creatures never fail to bring the wow‑factor.

🦀The children threw themselves into colouring, crafts, water play, singing, dancing… the lot. Their enthusiasm was unreal.

🤩I’m already excited to do it all again with you , whether you’re joining us for GlastoBabies or Chava Chunes Outdoor Disco.
