11:15 – Zumba Gold with Zen Fitness - get moving with a fun and uplifting Zumba Gold
11:45 – Tai Chi with Zen Fitness Experience - gentle movements and relaxation.
12:15 – Bitesize Yoga - try a short introduction, perfect for beginners or those curious about the practice.
13:00 – Chair Pilates demonstration
