💜 A LITTLE SIGN TO SAY A BIG THANK YOU 💜
Sometimes, the smallest gestures mean the absolute world.
Our incredible support team face challenges every single day, supporting young people through difficult times, celebrating their successes and helping them overcome setbacks.
The days can be long, the challenges can be tough, and often the hard work goes unnoticed.
But then something like this happens. 💜
One of our young people, who is moving on from our support and taking their next steps towards independence, gave one of our team this little gift.
“A little sign to say a big thank you.”
Five simple words that mean more than they could possibly imagine.
Because for our team, it's not about recognition or praise. It's about knowing they've made a difference. That they've helped someone through a difficult chapter, given them the confidence to move forward and played a part in helping them build a brighter future.
And while saying goodbye to a young person can be bittersweet, seeing them ready to take that next step is exactly what our team work so hard for.
