Newbiggin Learning Hive

21/10/2026

A huge thank you to our fantastic volunteers who have been out again, litter picking around East Lea and Moor Estate in Newbiggin! ♻️

They worked hard collecting bags of rubbish and helped make our local area a cleaner, tidier place for everyone to enjoy. 🌿👏

A brilliant effort from Stephen and Edwin!

This morning our bird watching group went on a guided walk to the beach where they spotted a great selection of birds along the coastline along with some fantastic weather too 🌞

Big thank you to Ben and Katherine from Space for Shorebirds for delivering such a worthwhile workshop (funded by NCC) 👏
