Just one week now until our series of Earth, Air & Water talks on June 15th at The Flower Pots...and only a handful of places remaining! 🌏 💨💧

The talks will focus on how we can better protect and enhance our precious green spaces in and around Alresford, looking at nature connectivity, air quality, and the health of our chalk streams.

We will hear from:
Steve Bolton from Hampshire and the Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust
Hazel Agombar from the charity Mums for Lungs
Martin Burton from Upper Itchen Restoration CIC

Please join us from 6:30pm to enjoy complimentary plant based snacks provided by Sustainabites, and take your chance to purchase drinks from the bar adjacent to the Barn. An introduction will start at 6.45pm with the three talks commencing at 7pm. We hope to conclude by 8:45pm.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Green Fair today, both to help with the New Leaf stall and to take a look at what else was on offer. In spite of the blustery, grey (and cold!) weather we had a great day - we even briefly saw the sun! ☀️

Some great chats and another successful collaboration with New Alresford Town Trust 💚

New Leaf’s next monthly Natter is this Thursday 11th June, and this time we have a change of venue - you will find us at The Cricketers from 7pm.

Next month, on Thursday 9th July, we invite you to join us for an Al fresco summer Natter at our community allotment plot at Spring Gardens - again from 7pm.

We look forward to seeing you!

Find organically produced olive oil and balsamic vinegar from Casa Sant’Elia, locally made sweet treats from Mely’s Kitchen and Derry’s Homemade Delights, organic vegan skincare from Tropic, curiosities and antiquities from Alresford Antiques, and Angelo (usually at the Thursday market) will be there too with a selection of clothes made from natural fibres.

See you on Broad Street between 10am and 3pm! 💚
