Tonight’s session featured our special guest, Shouib, a Dietitian affiliated with the NHS who also operates his own food preparation business.

We were pleased to welcome Shouib and grateful to Hodge House Community Centre for hosting and providing the opportunity to sample his creations. The food was truly delicious and of high nutritional value.

We highly recommend Shouib’s meals to everyone. Click the link below and like the page 🙂

We had a highly successful session tonight, with a full house.

Tonight was particularly special due to the cheque presentation.

Eesa Raja recently competed in an Ultra MMA fight, raising an impressive £1,090.

Thomas Durkin completed the Manchester Marathon in 4 hours 20 minutes, raising £514.

A special shout-out to Hodge House Community Centre for generously supporting the food; the lads loved the meals and left with bellies full.

We are deeply grateful to these dedicated lads for their hard work and generosity in support of Men Talk and WALK and TALK. As a self-funded community group, donations are essential, and these contributions have positively impacted our entire community. Thank you to both of you. 🖤

Tomorrow: extra special evening for Men Talk. We’re celebrating two of our lads who’ve recently completed big challenges. Not only did they tackle massive challenges, but they’ve also raised money for WALK and TALK and Men Talk. We couldn’t be any prouder of them or the effort they’ve put in—every mile, every moment, and every pound raised is a testament to their courage and generosity.

There will be a cheque presentation followed by celebratory food, and we’d love you to join us. Come and hear the inspiring stories of Eesa Raja and Thomas Durkin, celebrate their achievements, and show them our support. This is what community looks like when we come together to lift each other up.
