Are you aged 12–15 and ready to make a positive impact in your community?

POP! is an exciting 12-week programme packed with skills-building sessions, fun trips and activities, personal development opportunities, social action projects, and a celebration event with giveaways and goodies!

Throughout the programme, young people will explore the impact of anti-social behaviour on local communities while developing confidence, responsibility, and a stronger sense of community spirit.

Our aim is to create a positive legacy by empowering young people to become role models and inspire their peers to make a difference.

Ever heard of combining traditional golf with flying discs? 🥏🏌️‍♂️ Check out this clip from where I explain exactly how we are mixing things up!

The Links and Chains Challenge 2026 sponsored by Noonan & Co is coming to Colne Golf Club on Friday 24 July 2026. This unique corporate golf day, in aid of Positive Action in the Community, combines 9 holes of traditional golf with 3 holes of disc golf. If you are new to the sport, disc golf involves throwing a specially designed flying disc towards an elevated metal basket equipped with heavy metal chains. It is a highly engaging and accessible sport that levels the playing field for everyone!

Gather your colleagues because team entry is £250 for a team of 4. Your entry includes:
Arrival and registration at 09:00 with bacon butties and refreshments
The full 12-hole tournament with a shotgun start at 10:00
A commemorative printed disc for each player
A 2-course hot buffet sit-down lunch at 12:30

There are fantastic prizes up for grabs, including a £75 golf voucher per member for the 1st place team. We also have speciality prizes for the Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin across both golf and disc golf!

Most importantly, by joining us, you are helping PAC work towards supporting those effected by youth homelessness, domestic abuse, and poor mental health across East Lancashire.
