We were formed in 1984, meaning that we have been offering support and services to those in need in the community of Neath and Port Talbot for over 30 years. NPT Mind offers a rang

e of support for mental health from Counselling, Active Monitoring and one to one sessions to a full programme of online support groups, creative workshops and self help classes. We welcome carers, family members and friends of people experiencing emotional distress or mental health problems.
