YMCA Neath do incredible work for the community, bringing people together, providing support for times of need, promoting health and well-being, and creating an inclusive space for all.

We share both volunteers and users, so the YMCA is obviously close to our heart and it's sad to see their building in need of such an expensive repair.

Last night we hosted a screening of the People's Emergency Briefing - such an important film for everyone to see! Down to Earth, easy to understand & digest and, as commented by our attendees, with the right mix of fear and hope. We will be showing it again on Saturday 13th June.

In the meantime, sign the petition for calling for the Government to hold a UK-wide emergency briefing from leading experts. Everyone needs to know the risks we face, the pace and what can be done.

Carolyn Harris MP will you add your name to the growing list of MP's supporting the parliamentary call?

The UK faces growing risks from climate and nature breakdown - from extreme weather to economic disruption and national security threats. Yet the public has never been given a clear national briefing on the scale of these risks. Government should hold an emergency briefing from leading experts.
