After a series of incidents at recent Hobby Group meetings, we'd like to take the time to reiterate our Rules and Regulations, these must be adhered to by all attendees at our sessions. Failure to do so will result in you being asked to leave and not return:
Tabletop Hobby Group Rules and Regulations
Respect the Club’s Reputation: Members must not engage in any behaviour that could bring the club into disrepute. This includes both online and offline conduct.
No Unaccompanied Minors: while we want Hobby Group to be a space for all, under 16s must be accompanied by a guardian at all times while attending. This is not only for the safety of those in attendance, but also to assist with adherence to other parts of these rules and regulations.
Civility and Respect: Members are expected to treat each other with civility and respect at all times. Harassment, bullying, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.
No Alcohol During Sessions: Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited during club sessions. Members are encouraged to maintain a clear and focused mind to fully enjoy the activities.
Mindfulness of Others’ Possessions and Personal Space: Members should be mindful of others’ belongings and personal space. Always ask before borrowing or moving someone else’s items, and respect personal boundaries.
Respect of Hobby Group & venue property: tools, paints and materials as well as space provided during sessions must be respected, wilful wastage or damage of Group or venue property will result in a verbal warning, followed by a permanent ban if not adhered to.
Personal Grooming and Hygiene: Members are expected to maintain a good level of personal grooming and hygiene to ensure a comfortable and pleasant environment for everyone.
Adherence to Club Policies: Members must adhere to all club policies and guidelines as outlined in the membership agreement as well as Rules and Regulations during Group sessions.
These rules are designed to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all members and attendees. Thank you for your cooperation.
