Maybe you stroke has been so debilitating you've lost many interests both physically and emotionally. We want to start re-building old interests and creating new ones here in our group. Fabulous hands on activity today planting flowers. Thanks so much to our fantastic Mel and Helena for providing us with all we needed. Lovely plants; pots: compost - care of Magaret Gammonds. Everyone went home with a beautiful planted pot to display🥰

Thank you John Richards for a great talk yesterday about the Romans. You had everyone enthralled by your stories, especially the gory bits 😂😂.
Afterwards 63 of us enjoyed a wonderful lunch in the Brewers Fayre. A big ‘thank you’ to all the staff who made our lunchtime so good. Great food and service. Wonderful for us all to get together and enjoy ourselves 🥰
