Maybe you stroke has been so debilitating you've lost many interests both physically and emotionally. We want to start re-building old interests and creating new ones here in our group. Today we welcomed Amanda and her two volunteers from Greyhound Rescue Wales. They bought with them three beautiful greyhounds and everyone loved them. Amanda gave us a presentation about the organisation and all that they do. Thank you so much for coming to see us 🥰

We had a great morning yesterday in group. A fun quiz was held with some very ‘obscure’ questions and some a little bit rude - which, funny enough, everyone loved 😂😂😂 We ended the morning with some fab strawberries and cream - absolutely delicious. No pics as we were too busy stuffing our faces 😂😂😂

What a wonderful morning we had today in group. We had over 70 people in attendance all there to celebrate the success of our wonderful Neath Port Talbot Wellbeing After Stroke Project - NPT WASP. It had been 3 years of incredible groundbreaking help and assistance for all our stroke and brain injury survivors, carers and family members. We had pasties,sausage rolls, crisps and cakes (all healthy stuff!!). Thank you so much team and this is just a farewell for now 🥰
