📍 COMMUNITY DISCUSSION ON THE FUTURE OF THE TREWERN ARMS
📍 TRAFODAETH GYMUNEDOL AM DDYFODOL Y TREWERN ARMS
(English text below Cymraeg….)
Mynychodd ddau aelod staff PLANED (Cris Tomos a Saffron John) ynghyd ag aelodau’r gymuned yn Neuadd Nanhyfer nos Fercher 13 Mai ar gyfer trafodaeth bwysig am ddyfodol y Trewern Arms. Roedd hi’n wych gweld dros 100 o bobl yn bresennol i drafod y posibilrwydd o bryniant cymunedol ac i glywed mwy am yr hyn y gellid ei gyflawni drwy berchnogaeth leol.
Diolch i bawb a ddaeth, a rannodd syniadau ac a ddangosodd gefnogaeth. Rydym yn edrych ymlaen at weld sut y gall y gymuned symud ymlaen gyda’r cyfle cyffrous hwn, gan ddilyn esiampl tafarndai ac adeiladau cymunedol eraill ledled Cymru sydd bellach ym meddiant y gymuned.
Cefnogodd PLANED gyda phryniant cymunedol Tafarn Sinc, Crymych Arms, Y Cross a'r Hydd Gwyn, ac mae'n wych gweld cymuned arall yn ceisio ailagor tafarn sydd wedi cau.

Two PLANED staff members (Cris Tomos and Saffron John) joined members of the community at Nevern Hall on Wednesday 13 May for an important discussion about the future of the Trewern Arms. It was fantastic to see more than 100 people attend to explore the possibility of a community buy-out and hear more about what could be achieved through local ownership.
Thank you to everyone who attended, shared ideas, and showed support. We look forward to continuing to support the community as this exciting opportunity moves forward, following the success of other community-owned pubs and buildings across Wales.
PLANED supported with the community purchase of Tafarn Sinc, Crymych Arms, Y Cross and The White Hart, and it is great to see another community seeking to reopen a closed pub.
