Layla - what can I say… Chucky monkey! She like to follow the others and was the first to start playing with a toy and Christmas pillow being her favourite 💕

Luigi - I know we should t haven’t favourites but my word he is something else! Thick chunky legs back rolls to die for and defo walks with pride 😎

Loki - devils strip up his nose… causes mayhem amongst them all if he is awake so so is everyone else, loves playing with his toys and is such a little dog already so much sas and character

⚠️⚠️ WARNING THIS IS AN EMOTIONAL PLEA THAT MIGHT TRIGGER SOME ⚠️⚠️

Update: 9.50am 3/10/25
So this morning I was contacted by the dog handler dealing with Merlo. So unfortunately they are going down the pitbull road. I’ve expressed my concerns on her having to loose weight to be assessed and that I have got a solicitor working on this. She is going to keep me updated as much as she can but until she can be assessed she will not be released. She has promised me faithfully she is okay and is getting walks and lots of attention as she is one of the safest dogs they have their ☺️ so I will keep everyone updated on the solicitor letter and advise and thank you all that have donated so far you are incredible!!!

Update: 2.30pm 30/9/25
So the officer dealing with the case if off till Saturday. They have sent another email stating I’ve been in touch again and need to speak to someone urgently about the legislation around them making her loose weight to type her! As I don’t see that as fair so we will see, solicitor is drafting me a letter and also I am sending all details in an email as back up. Just hope she is okay 🥺

Also I’d like to state the pictures added are from 18 months ago. They are not where she has been living nor is she in this state. This was playing in my garden rolling around with my puppy Bordeaux and the mattress was in my garden ready to be skipped and they’d knocked it down jumping on it like a bouncing castle 🙈😂 the pics I took stool in my house to send to her dad who only left her with me for 30 mins and this is how she returned covered in mud lol 😂

Update: 12.45pm 29/9/25
So I’ve just contacted the police, and Merlo is in kennels and still alive!! 🤩🥳💕
Apparently to fat to access 😭🥺💕😂 so has got to stay there for a few weeks to loose some weight under the eye of a vet and then be accessed. By all means she isn’t safe but they now have all my details and no I’m willing to do what is needed to save her!

I’d also just thank to thank with all my heart the people who have donated so far!! 💕🤩 Animal lovers really do melt my heart!! We are the best kind of people!! 💕😂

So I need your help more than I’ve ever needed anyone’s help before!!

So long story short I was meant to be looking after a mates dogs as he was spending some time at her Majesty‘s pleasure 🙈 but as you all know I lost my Lola and took on an emergency case of a pregnant bully who needed an emergency C-Section & spay and then obviously help rearing her 5 pups. So I was choker block and also bank was empty! 2 unexpected vets bills I really didn’t want or need.

Unfortunately unbeknown to me the dog was being left over night alone and a neighbour has reported her as being XL type and being left as the owner has gone jail. Even though the dog was being cared for visited 3 times a day and walked, neighbours thought they were doing right and now she has been taken by the police.

I will add pictures of her to show she is just a goofy looking staffy. She is 4 years old and the softest baby you will ever meet. Dog friendly, people friendly, an absolute doll! As you can imagine I am now blaming myself so really do need your help to try and save this puppy.

There has been no incident, she hasn’t escaped, she isn’t thin far from, she isn’t malnourished in any shape or form and had food, water, a bed, a cage, toys & run of the flat when she was ripped from her home by the police and dog assessor, but I bet she went wagging her tail as she does thinking she is going in a car on a trip 😔😩

All I needed was 10 weeks, 3 of them already done now so another 7, then she was coming to me for the time she needed 😔🥺

So I’m waiting on a solicitor to contact me for them to sort this and hope n pray I’m not to late!

Hank’s Update – Looking for His Loving Forever Home ✨

Hank has made fantastic progress since being rescued.
💚 His ear and eye infections have now cleared up.
💚 He’s eating well and steadily gaining weight.
💚 Walking beautifully on a Dogmatic head collar – no longer pulls towards other dogs.
💚 Calm, affectionate, and gentle in the home.

He will still need slow, careful introductions to help him get used to being around other dogs, but he is responding so well and eager to please.

This boy has come such a long way already and is ready for his chance at a loving forever home. Could you be the one to give Hank the safe, happy life he deserves? 🐾
