The lovely folk over at Southdown Landscapes & Turf Co have a box of stocking fillers available - 5 for £2. All proceeds come to the foodbank, so please do pop in there, at Coleford Bridge Road, and take a look…… their Christmas trees are half price now too!!

TOMORROW the food bank is open 12.30-2pm.

The CAFE opens at midday - why not come and grab yourself a free lunch, and have a batter with some of your neighbours?

Can you please help support us?

This Friday, The Mytchett Community Centre are hosting their bingo night.

All monies made from the raffle will come to the food bank, which will really help support our efforts in order to assist those in the local community who are finding things a struggle right now.

For £10 you will receive an 8-page book, raffle ticket and table snacks. **cash prizes**. **great raffle prizes** and someone will win FREE BINGO!

The Food Bank, at The Mytchett Community Centre is open tomorrow 12.30pm-2pm; and the cafe is open 12-2pm serving toasties and hot drinks.

No referral needed. Please just bring photo ID and proof of address.

If you would like to donate any food items, these can be dropped off between 12-2, thank you.

Did you know there are many ways you can help support the Mytchett Food Bank?

Aside from food and monetary donations, we often require items to help with the day to day running of the food bank and Pay-It-Forward Cafe.

The bingo nights at the Mytchett Centre also helps to support the foodbank, by way of money raised from the raffle. Perhaps you can assist by donating items for the raffle? Or better still, perhaps you can join us for bingo from time to time, as the price of your ticket includes raffle tickets, so it could be a win win situation 👍

Items we collect for the raffle include:

-Kitchen gardgets (eg coffee machine; waffle maker; popcorn machine etc)
-Solar garden lights
-headphones/ear buds
-vouchers
-bottles of alcohol
-chocolate
-smellies
- experience days
-other electrical devices

All items must be new/unused.

FOOD BANK is open tomorrow …….

Cafe opens at midday, serving hot drinks, soup and fresh bread, and closes at 2pm

Food bank opens at 12.30pm and closes at 2pm

Please come down and say hello, and have a cuppa with us, even if you do not need the support of the food bank, we would like to see as many of our neighbours utilising the cafe as possible.

Thank you to everyone who came to support the Pay It Forward cafe today……. Lots of delicious pancakes and crepes were had.

A HUGE thank you to the wonderful group of local businesses who sponsored the cafe today; and a HUGE thank you to One Stop who donated some Easter eggs, meaning all of our patrons could take a couple of eggs away with them; and thank you, as always, to our amazing group of volunteers who gave up their Good Friday morning to assist with the food bank and cafe.

We will be open again on the 21st April.

The Pay-It-Forward Cafe is open 9.30am tomorrow, until 11am, or as soon as our supply of crepes/pancakes has been depleted.

The cafe is open to everyone, we need customers who can make donations for their food and drink, so we can continue to provide free food and drink for those who are finding things a bit tight at the moment.

Every person who comes and ‘buys’ a pancake, really does make a huge difference ❤️
