Hi everyone looking forward to MCP 50th

Not the best timing after yesterday's news lol but The Mis-Adventures of A Spalding Timelord page is back up so if you fancy sharing like etc be great please still putting together though

We really want to make our 50th parade in 2027 an even better celebration!

But to do this, we really do need more help as our tiny team can't do it all on our own. It is not a huge amount of time to commit - around 7 meetings a year and help on the weekend itself.

Moulton Chapel Parade – what a fantastic event! 🌸. Well done to all their committee, community and volunteers.

Spalding Flower Parade were proud to take part with our Royalty float, featuring Briony.

A huge thank you to all our amazing farm volunteers who worked so hard to bring it together. Special thanks to Jordan Crowson for organising our banner, Tanya Wilson Chandler Diane Mayes and David Mustoe for being brilliant float marshals, Patricia Poxon for collecting donations along the parade route and Ray Clements and Jax Clements for towing our float.

Apologies for anyone who I’ve missed out.

We couldn’t have done it without you all!

See you there for our 49th parade - from 12pm today on the field and around the village, the parade itself starts at 3pm
