Sometimes the bravest thing is to take that first step.
If you’ve noticed a partner, brother, dad, or mate struggling lately. Maybe unusually quiet, stressed, or just carrying a heavy load, it can be tough knowing how to help. You don't need to have all the answers, but gently suggesting Andy’s Man Club could be the exact nudge they need.
What is Andy’s Man Club?
It’s a free, peer-to-peer support group for men aged 18 and over. There’s no pressure to speak, no referrals, and no judgment. Just a group of ordinary guys sitting down for a brew, supporting each other through whatever life throws up. Whether someone wants to share what they're going through or simply sit back and listen, the door is always open.
How partners can help:
Plant the seed: Mentioning that AMC exists without forcing the issue lets them process the idea in their own time.
Offer practical support: Offer to drive them to their first session, wait outside, or meet them right afterwards.
Reassure them: Remind them that walking into a room full of people who understand isn't a sign of weakness. It's a massive step forward.
Every Monday night at 7:00 PM (except Bank Holidays)
Free tea, biscuits, and a supportive, open space
