We are pleased that the club and Ascot Ryley LLP have reached an agreement on this matter.

The Trust has remained in contact with both parties throughout, and we welcome news of the matter concluding.

Morecambe Football Club can confirm that a positive resolution has been reached with Ascot & Ryley LLP, resulting in the immediate withdrawal of the winding-up petition against the Club.
