Organised by some of her friends, a special concert is being planned in tribute to Sharon Bell. The concert will be held at the Lancaster Grand Theatre on Saturday 3rd October, raising funds for Moya Cole Hospice and CancerCare.

The organisers would like to hear from anyone who was involved in any of the following Morecambe Warblers shows and is interested in performing as part of an ensemble number on the night.

The organisers know that Sharon was loved by a lot of people, and they will do their best to include as many people as possible in the performance. Please be understanding.

Audience members are also needed and we will be posting as soon as tickets go on sale

⭐️ NODA DISTRICT 11 AWARD WINNERS ⭐️

We are so proud that members of our ‘Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat’ cast and production team were among the nominees at the NODA District 11 Awards and overjoyed to see some of them announced as winners at last night’s awards ceremony!

Wishing our friends at MAODS - Morecambe Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society a wonderful week in the magical land of Disney. Their run of ‘Beauty and the Beast’ opens at Lancaster Grand tonight! 🥀 We can’t wait to watch! 👏🏼

OPENING NIGHT HAS ARRIVED! 🥀

The final run of Disney’s Beauty and The Beast is done, the notes are given, the costumes are hung, and the castle is ready.

TONIGHT the lights go down, the orchestra begins, and for the first time this tale belongs to a paying audience. Six performances stand between now and the final bow, and we genuinely cannot wait to share it with you. ✨

We are overwhelmed by the support already, with multiple performances sold out, and over 400 tickets already gone for tonight’s Opening Night, we have just 30 seats left for this evening before we can say it’s a full house. If you’re one of them, thank you. If you’re not (yet)… there are very few seats remaining across the run.

We’re certain as the sun rising in the east… that this is going to be a really special week 💛
