Please clean up after your dog, dog fouling is not pleasant for anyone using the car park.

A reminder:-

Dog fouling Law Scotland
Under the Dog Fouling (Scotland) Act 2003, it is an offence for anyone in charge of a dog to not immediately clean up after it has fouled in a public open space.

Key Aspects of the Law in Scotland:
Scope: Applies to all public spaces, including pavements, parks, grass verges, common back greens, stairwells, and cycleways.
Definition of Offence: The person in charge of the dog at the time of fouling must pick it up, regardless of whether they are the owner.

With it being so wet just now please keep off the flower/shrub beds. The bulbs that were planted by volunteers last year are coming through and it's rather disappointing to see them crushed under car tyres 😢

Unfortunately we have had to remove our wee library for repairs after finding it on the ground this morning.
Hopefully we will get it fixed and back in situ soon 🤞

Great to see the Community Car park being used for a lovely Community Event

Just a wee reminder that Beach Road and Cliff Place are 20 mph zones and the Car Park is 5 mph.
Parents have expressed concern that there is speeding at drop off and pick up times especially amongst parents who are still parking outside the Church gates.
It is not acceptable to block Church gates at anytime as there is frequently maintenance at the church where workman require access.
