Delighted to be invited as speakers at the recent The Household Cavalry Mental Resilience Day to support positive wellbeing of their soldiers. A brilliantly innovative concept, held in the beautiful grounds of Royal Hospital Chelsea.

We shared some of our resilience tips, techniques and experiences with over 250 soldiers, building that tool kit to help navigate through difficult experiences and harder days.

A slightly different format for us, with no horses involved! I'm not sure the Royal Hospital would have appreciated the hoofprints in their beautifully manicured lawns... But we thoroughly enjoyed the setting, chatting about 'stuff' in the shade of the trees on such a warm July day. An oasis of calm in a busy, noisy central London lifestyle.

Well done to everyone involved for such a forward thinking and thought provoking day.

To Kaliff, Steve, Dennis, Titch, Bow, Oakie, Ginger, Teddie, Charlie, Lights and Halo - the postman should be delivering something special to you today as a HUGE thank you for being such good boys last week!

We work in all sorts of locations from military establishments to riding schools. At last week's military course at Fitzworthy Equestrian Centre, every horse was privately owned, and their owners kindly offered us the use of their special horses for the whole 3 days free of charge. We are HUGELY appreciative of their generosity and support for our Armed Forces community ❤️. Thank you so much.

And of course we never forget that the horses are the true stars of the show! So a little gift is winging it's way for each of them - you superstars ❤️🐴⭐

A powerful and moving story, told with great humour and raw honesty, Al has shown true grit and determination to pull himself back from the abyss to find purpose in his life again. And there is an entire chapter dedicated to Warrior Equine, so it's clearly an excellent read!
